What exactly do I pay?
$100 a month, plus 40 cents for every minute the receptionist is actually on the phone. Seconds are added up across the month and rounded up to the next whole minute once, at the end. Calls it does not answer cost nothing. A typical small shop doing 300 minutes lands around $220 for the month.
Is there a contract?
A short agreement in plain English. Three month minimum, then month to month, and after the minimum you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. The rates on this page are the rates in the agreement.
What does it actually do on a call?
