What does Regulance actually do?
We build and run AI systems for local businesses. An AI receptionist that answers your phone 24 hours a day, a review agent that grows your Google reviews, websites, email marketing, social posting, and custom automations. You tell us what you need on one call, the team builds it, you approve it, and we run it every day.
Do I have to set anything up?
No. The team builds everything and runs everything. You never touch software or settings. For the receptionist we set up forwarding from your existing line, so the number on your trucks, your storefront, and your Google profile stays the same. If you ever cancel, you turn the forwarding off. The line is yours.
What if the AI says something wrong?
It only speaks from the information your business approves: your services, your prices, your rules. You hear your receptionist and approve it before it ever answers a real customer, and if you want anything said differently, tell the team and we change it.
Does it work with my booking software?
Regulance books into Google Calendar, Cal.com, and Calendly. Use something else? Tell the team during setup and if it has an API we look at connecting it. If you book on paper, we set you up on Google Calendar at no charge.

Recording and notice rules vary by state, so before you go live the team walks through how your receptionist should handle disclosures for your situation, including identifying itself as an AI if you want that.
