## The model

Regulance recovers revenue by answering the calls you miss today — after-hours, during busy stretches, and when two calls land at once — then qualifying and booking them into your calendar.

Three inputs drive it:

1. **Inbound calls per week** — how many calls your business gets.
2. **Percent missed today** — the share that currently goes to voicemail or unanswered (after-hours plus busy). For most owner-run service businesses this is 20 to 40 percent.
3. **Average new-customer value** — what one booked job or new customer is worth to you.

The formula:

- Missed calls per month = calls per week × 4.33 × (percent missed ÷ 100)
