## What it does

- Texts each customer a polite Google-review request after their job is completed. On iPhones it arrives as a blue-bubble iMessage; everywhere else it arrives as a normal text, sent from a dedicated texting line.
- At most two touches: the ask, and one gentle follow-up a few days later if they have not reviewed. Then it stops.
- Polite by design: messages send only during business-friendly hours in your timezone, every message includes an opt-out, and a reply of STOP is honored instantly.
- Replies from customers are forwarded straight to the owner's email, so a real response never goes unseen.
- Neutral ask to every customer, in line with Google's review policies. No filtering, no incentives. Happy customers simply respond at higher rates, so review counts grow the honest way.
- If a customer left an email but no phone number, the request goes by email instead.

When someone searches for your trade in your city, Google shows a map with three businesses. Review count and rating are a big part of who appears there.
