## Terms

- **Initial term:** 90 days from go-live. After that, month-to-month, cancel any time effective end-of-current-billing-month.
- **Refund:** Full refund inside the first 14 days. After 14, no partial refund of the current month but no further charges.
- **Failed payment:** 3 retries over 7 days, then service paused until updated.
- **Annual:** Lock in the 20% discount, renews annually. Switch tiers at any time.
