# How Regulance Works

Five days from kickoff to live AI answering your business phone. Here's exactly what happens.

## The 5-day deployment

### Day 1 — Intake (60 minutes)

One kickoff call. We map:
- Top 5 call types your business actually receives
- Hours of operation, after-hours rules
- Service area / patient panel / case types
- Your scheduling tool (Google Cal, Calendly, ServiceTitan, NexHealth, Clio, Mindbody, etc.)
- Emergency escalation rules — who gets paged, on what, how fast
- Pricing brackets, common quotes, FAQ patterns
- Forbidden topics, compliance rules

Nothing for you to write down. We record it.

### Days 2–4 — Build

We design the conversation flow, train the AI on your specific business, and connect it to:
- Your phone line (via call forwarding, see Day 5)
- Your calendar / scheduler
- Your SMS sender for confirmations
- Your CRM (HubSpot, GHL, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)

We run **~25 test calls** covering every conversation branch:
- 5 emergency scenarios (specific to your vertical)
- 5 service-request scenarios
- 5 estimate / consultation requests
- 5 customer-support / info calls
- 5 edge cases (rude callers, wrong-number, kids playing with phones, sales calls)

You see the AI answer a test number on **Day 3** so you can call it yourself and tune anything that sounds off.

### Day 5 — Launch

Phone forwarding goes live. First real calls run together on a shared screen so we can tune on the spot. We leave you with:
- A one-page reference (carrier forwarding code, kill switch, escalation path)
- A weekly performance report email starting Monday after launch
- A 24-hour rollback option if anything misbehaves

From **Day 6 onward**, the line just works.

## What happens on every call

## Behind the scenes

- **Voice:** ElevenLabs production-quality TTS, custom-tuned per client
- **Brain:** Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5
- **Phone:** Telnyx (primary) or Twilio
- **Calendar:** Direct OAuth into Google Calendar (you keep ownership of all events)
- **SMS:** Telnyx Messaging Profile, dedicated number per client
